Hey, everyone!
Since I am turning the big 4-0 today (ugh), I wanted to share a reworking of "30" that I've been honing since August last year. Enjoy!
"40" by Jessica Friedman (Bo Burnham Historian)
I used to skip for miles. I used to bike for fun.
I used to swing my swing and smile, and tan while at the beach in the sun. (ah)
But now I'm turning 40...No!
I used to live in Park Slope
Got used to meeting hipsters who weren't used to using much soap

My stupid kids are having friends sleep over (3X)

My stupid kids are having friends sleep over (3X)
stupid, loud and boring kids sleep over.
It's '22 and I am 40, I'll do another 10.
'32 means I'll be 50 and buy a house then.
EDIT: My friend Kiki did an AMAZING cover of my parody song (woo-hoo!). You can check it out here!
And you can read more about their YouTube career and fabulous Bo covers in our interview here.
Love this!
